Travis Trautvetter is the founder of the GOVT Real Estate Group, a team established in 2005 that is recognized on a national level as the market leader in investment sales of government-leased properties. Travis has extensive experience representing build-to-suit developers, institutions, and private investors in asset dispositions, with historical transaction volume exceeding $7 billion and closings in 45 states.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Travis earned the Executive Vice Chairman title at the youngest age in the history of the firm, consistently ranking as a Top 20 Producer across all global service lines and Top Producer within National Capital Markets, Western Region Capital Markets, and in San Diego. Annual production awards include the President’s Circle Award, Chairman’s Circle Award, and America’s Achievement Award. Travis was named to San Diego Business Journal’s Top Business Leaders, Globe Street’s Net Lease Influencers, and appears regularly as a CoStar Power Broker.

Travis graduated with Honors from the University of San Diego and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance.
