The US Forest Service Olympic National Forest Headquarters Office (USFS Supervisor’s Office) is an important facility for the Federal Government located in the capitol city of Olympia, Washington. This USFS Supervisor’s Office is charged with oversight of the Olympic National Forest, which has an area of 628,115 acres and was established in 1897 as Olympic Forest Reserve. There are three additional USFS field offices which are under the administration of the Olympic Supervisor’s Office/Headquarters, divided between the Hood Canal Ranger District and the Pacific Ranger District. This facility was completely renovated for USFS in 2014 as part of their lease renewal, with over $1.6 million in Tenant Improvements. The new lease is for a term of 15 years (10 years firm) and commenced in February of 2014.
