The South Jordan Social Security Administration (SSA) Branch Office is a 10,000 square foot office facility located in the Salt Lake Valley, 18 miles south of Salt Lake City. This building was completely redeveloped in 2015 as a finish-to-suit project for the SSA, designed to meet the specific requirements of the tenant and to achieve LEED Clv2009 Silver Certification. The property is leased to the U.S. Federal Government on a long-term basis via the General Services Administration (GSA).
