The National Government Portfolio consists of four single-tenant buildings 100% leased to federal government tenants (Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Drug Enforcement Administration, Forest Service, and Social Security Administration). Each asset within the portfolio is critical to the mission of the tenant, and was built-to-suit to meet tenant specifications and requirements.
