The Nashville ICE Facility is a new finish-to-suit location for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE). The property is 100% leased to the Federal Government via the General Services Administration (GSA) for use by ICE, with construction completed in 2012.
