This portfolio is 100% leased to the U.S. Federal Government, with leases guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America, featuring an Aaa credit rating and unrivaled income security.
The property was acquired by a privately held real estate operating company that focuses on government property acquisitions and was sold on behalf of a private real estate investment firm based in Chicago.
