San Diego, California | June 15th,  2023 – GOVT Real Estate Group announced today the recent sale of a 76,665 square-foot portfolio consisting  of six single-tenant U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) Branch Office locations in Arkansas, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois, each recently constructed between 2007-2010 on a build-to-suit basis for SSA. Multiple leases were recently renewed, demonstrating the long-term commitment by SSA to these locations. This portfolio is 100% leased to the U.S. Federal Government, with leases guaranteed by the full faith and credit of the United States of America, featuring an Aaa credit rating and unrivaled income security.

The property was acquired by a privately held real estate operating company that focuses on government property acquisitions and was sold on behalf of a private real estate investment firm based in Chicago.
