GOVT Real Estate Group was hired to conduct a national marketing campaign for two new build-to-suit Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinics located in the cities of Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Both of the VA Outpatient Clinics were constructed in 2011 and consist of a total of 70,814 square feet. The properties were sold to a high net worth private investor that assumed the existing Credit Tenant Lease financing that was in place on each asset. The loans are fully self-amortizing, with fixed interest rates that were above current market levels at the time of sale.
